Asha have been working with Scheduled Tribe community since 1994 in Chinturu agency areas of East godavari, Andhra Pradesh. Asha works on Environment, Education and Empowerment through its activities. 1. Sustainable utilization and conservation of Natural resources- products making empowerment of women. 2. Adopting innovative technologies for improving alternate living conditions. 3. Covid relief with Goonj, APPRI and other NGO partners. 4. Biodiversity conservation through strengthening "Biodiversity Management Committees".

1.     Formulation of 42 Self Help Groups in 8 Grama Panchayaths of Chinturu Revenue Mandal.

2.     Conservation of native Seed Bio-diversity.

3.     National Environment Awareness Campaign

4.     Training on Lac cultivation (On farm training) 150 Tribal beneficiaries.

5.     Training on making Bamboo products : decorative and utilities for 150 Tribal and PTG (Konda Reddi) youth

6.     Training on Scientific collection and Value addition to 900 +900 beneficiaries in Telangana and East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.

7.     Organized Awareness cum demonstration on Plant Genetic Resources.

8.     Making Biodegradable Bamboo sheath cups and Palmyra Palm Fiber extraction.

9.     Youth motivation in10 IDP koya villages.

10. Relief in COVID 19: Distribution of 1752 Dry ration kits and awareness in 42 villages.

11. Training in Palmyra Byproducts making in our T raining cum Production centre.

12. Digging of dig wells in 8 settlements of IDP community.
